If you are experiencing any issues with your AOR products, you may send them in for repair.
Please contact us through the Repair Request Form before shipping any equipment to AOR USA, Inc.

WARNING: Servicing of “Unblocked” Versions in the USA
As defined by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), it is a federal offense to purchase, own, or operate an “unblocked” radio receiver capable of receiving frequencies allocated to cellular phones, unless authorized by the U.S. government.
For this reason, we are unable to accept repairs of unblocked receivers owned by private individuals in the USA and Canada. Support for such units is also very limited.
We appreciate your understanding.
Types of Repair Services Available
1. Warranty Repair
AOR will repair or replace defective parts in the USA free of charge if the defect is due to materials or workmanship.
- Parts: New or equivalent rebuilt parts for one calendar year from the original purchase date.
- Labor: Free of charge for one calendar year from the original purchase date.
Requirements:
Include a copy of your receipt or invoice from the dealer.
No RA (Return Authorization) number is required for warranty repair.
Products will be returned via standard ground shipping to the original sender.
Note: This warranty covers defects during normal use and does not cover damage resulting from:
- Shipping
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Accidents, misuse, neglect, or environmental damage
2. Out-of-Warranty Repair
If your product is no longer under warranty, AOR offers repair services for a fee.
- Shipping: Customer is responsible for insured shipping to AOR USA, Inc. We will return the equipment via UPS Ground to the original sender.
- Payment Methods: PayPal (no account required)
Non-Supported Products
AOR USA, Inc. strive to support all legacy products. However, due to the diminishing availability of OEM parts, some models are no longer supported.
Only products currently manufactured or discontinued after December 2010 are eligible for repair.
